Information, not advice

Everything on SaaSTweaks is editorial content based on our research and hands-on experience. It is not legal, tax, financial, or professional advice. Before signing any SaaS contract, do your own due diligence.

Accuracy

We verify pricing, features, and coupon codes before publishing and re-verify on a regular schedule. But vendors change prices without warning. If you spot an error, email us via the contact page.

Coupons and discounts

Coupon codes listed on this site may have terms set by the vendor (new customers only, first X months, etc.). Read the fine print on the vendor’s checkout page before buying. We are not responsible for vendor-side changes to deal terms.

Your content (submissions, comments)

When you submit a deal or contact us, you grant SaaSTweaks a non-exclusive license to use the submitted content on the site. You retain ownership of your submission.

Intellectual property

All SaaSTweaks-created content (articles, reviews, images, code) is copyright SaaSTweaks unless otherwise noted. You may not republish substantial portions without permission. Fair use (quoting a few sentences with attribution) is fine.

Prohibited uses

  • Scraping the site at scale without permission
  • Circumventing rate limits or authentication

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in our newsletter. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India (where SaaSTweaks is operated). Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Maharashtra, India.
