First, pick your payment method around the thresholds, not habit: MassPay, Paxum and PayPal pay out from $100, while Bitcoin and wire require $500. A part-time affiliate earning $150 a period gets paid every cycle on Paxum but waits three or four cycles on wire — same earnings, months of difference in cash flow.
