How it works
You set up a careers site (Recruitee hosts it on your subdomain), create a job with a custom pipeline, and invite hiring team members with role-based permissions. Candidates flow through the kanban; reviewers leave 1-to-5 scorecard ratings, comments and shortlist tags. Recruitee posts to 1,500+ free and paid job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Stack Overflow Jobs, GitHub Jobs and many country-specific boards), pulls applications back into a single inbox, and supports referrals, video assessments via Spark Hire and Willo, and an AI-assisted candidate sourcer extension for LinkedIn. Reporting is solid for time-to-hire, source quality and pipeline conversion.
Pricing reality
Recruitee runs three tiers (Start, Grow, Optimise), all priced by number of active job slots, all billed annually. Start is around 224 EUR/month for 5 jobs, Grow is around 322 EUR/month with custom pipelines, careers-site customisation and EEOC reporting, and Optimise is custom for large teams adding SSO, audit logs and dedicated CSM. Unused job slots roll over so seasonal hiring spikes are not punitive. Note: pricing is per job, not per user, so unlimited team members can join at no extra cost — a meaningful structural difference from per-recruiter ATSes that may otherwise look cheaper at the headline.
