Verified from the official pricing page: Starter at $29/month billed yearly covers unlimited clients and projects, invoices, contracts and payments. Essentials at $49/month billed yearly (a limited-time 25% cut from $59) adds the scheduler, automations, QuickBooks sync, up to two team members and SMS reminders. Premium at $109/month billed yearly (from $129) opens unlimited team members, multiple companies, advanced reports and priority support. The yearly toggle is labelled "save up to 18%", and the homepage sweetens it with two months free on annual plans.

The fine print that matters: every payment carries processing fees — cards from 2.7% + 10¢ (2.9% + 25¢ on Starter) and 1.5% on ACH bank transfers. Price your services with that in mind.

The trial and guarantee — unusually good

Thirty days free with no credit card is already better than most CRMs; the 60-day money-back guarantee after you subscribe is close to unheard of. Between the two, you effectively get three months to decide with your money back on the table. That's the strongest "try it properly" setup in this category.

Transaction fees apply to every payment, which stacks up for high-volume businesses; Premium subscribers processing $500K+/year can ask about discounted card rates. And team seats are gated hard — Essentials caps at two, with unlimited seats only on the $109 Premium tier.

Who should buy

US/Canada service businesses that bill per client — photographers, event pros, consultants, boutique agencies — get the most from HoneyBook, and the Starter annual plan at $29/month is the sane entry. If you need three-plus team seats, price the jump to Premium honestly before committing. International businesses should look elsewhere until the availability story firms up.
