What is the difference between Engage, Perform and Total Platform?
Engage is engagement surveys only at $4/user/month. Perform adds weekly check-ins, 1:1s, OKRs and performance reviews at $10. Total Platform bundles everything plus Transform manager coaching at $16. Most HR leads end up on Perform or Total Platform.
Does 15Five integrate with our HRIS?

Can 15Five replace annual performance reviews?
Yes, that is the explicit design goal. Best-Self Reviews use the historical check-in data plus 360-degree feedback to produce calibrated reviews on a quarterly or biannual cadence. Many customers retire the standalone annual review.
Does 15Five do compensation planning?
There is a Compensation add-on for merit cycle planning and salary band management, but it is newer than the core product. For complex compensation programmes, evaluate Lattice or specialist tools alongside.
Is 15Five GDPR and SOC 2 compliant?
Yes. 15Five holds SOC 2 Type II attestation, supports GDPR DPA terms, and offers EU data residency for European customers.
Will managers actually use it?
That is the implementation question. The weekly check-in is short by design (15 minutes for the employee, five for the manager) and the Slack/Teams integration brings the prompt into existing workflows. Adoption depends on leadership modelling the cadence, not the tool.
