Connect NetSuite to the rest of your stack
Sync orders, customers, and inventory between NetSuite and your e-commerce, CRM, and finance tools using prebuilt ERP templates.
Enterprise iPaaS built around integrator.io — 1,000+ prebuilt connectors, AI error handling and packaged Integration Apps, anchored on NetSuite and ecommerce.
Celigo is a powerful enterprise iPaaS with a strong trial but quote-only pricing limits deal strength and flexibility.
Extended 30-day free trial with unlimited platform access is verified, but all paid editions are quote-only with no public discount; access-only mechanic caps score at 3 per rubric.
Flat-rate pricing by endpoints/flows (no per-task/volume charges) is buyer-friendly and scales predictably; compared to consumption models in iPaaS category, this offers better value, though exact pricing is quote-only.
Enterprise iPaaS with 1,000+ prebuilt connectors, AI exception management (claims 95% error resolution), API Management, B2B/EDI Manager, data ingestion engine, developer tooling, and deep NetSuite integration; G2 #1 ranked iPaaS and Gartner Peer Insights Customers' Choice indicate category-leading depth.
30-day free trial provides unlimited platform access; visual AI-assisted flow builder usable by business users suggests days to value, but enterprise-grade setup and quote-only pricing may slow initial deployment.
G2 #1 ranked iPaaS for two years, Gartner Peer Insights Customers' Choice 2025, customers include Michelin, Unilever, PayPal; enterprise-grade governance (MFA, SSO, RBAC, audit trails) and SLA support; strong reputation but uptime specifics not provided.
Quote-only pricing implies annual lock-in likely; flat-rate pricing is favorable but cancellation terms unclear; data export capabilities not detailed, though platform likely supports basic export given enterprise focus.
Celigo is an iPaaS — an integration platform built around integrator.io that connects ERP, ecommerce, CRM, finance, HR and logistics systems. It ships 1,000+ prebuilt connectors, a visual AI-assisted flow builder usable by business users as well as IT, and packaged Integration Apps that Celigo maintains end-to-end rather than leaving you to wire up.
Its anchor is Oracle NetSuite — Celigo describes itself as "the complete Integration Platform for NetSuite and beyond" and has been NetSuite's largest partner for over a decade. Around that sit connectors for Shopify, Salesforce, Amazon, Walmart, SAP, Dynamics 365 Business Central, Acumatica, Snowflake, Stripe, PayPal, BigCommerce, Magento and ADP.
The platform goes considerably deeper than trigger-action automation. AI exception management is the standout claim — Celigo states it "resolves 95% of errors automatically, keeping workflows running 24/7", which for anyone who has babysat failed syncs is the actual selling point. There's API Management (publish your integrations as governed APIs), a B2B/EDI Manager for trading-partner onboarding, a data ingestion engine for pushing high volumes into warehouses like Snowflake, and developer tooling including a CLI, REST API and a Platform MCP server. Newer AI work includes Celigo Ora (a natural-language interface, in beta) and governed AI Agents.
Governance is enterprise-grade: MFA, SSO, role-based access control, sandbox environments and full audit trails. Celigo cites being G2's #1 ranked iPaaS for two consecutive years and the only 2025 Gartner Peer Insights Customers' Choice for iPaaS, with customers including Michelin, Unilever, PayPal, Zendesk and Therabody.
There isn't a published one. Celigo sells three editions and none carries a price:
What Celigo does disclose is the pricing model, and it's genuinely buyer-friendly in shape: flat-rate by endpoints and flows — not per task, per transaction or per data volume. Their FAQ is explicit that there are no per-task or volume charges, so a high-throughput integration doesn't quietly inflate your bill the way consumption pricing does. The 30-day trial gives unlimited platform access, and it's the only free access — the legacy Free Edition page returns a 404.
If you run NetSuite, Celigo is close to a default. The prebuilt Integration Apps mean you're buying a maintained integration rather than building and owning one, the AI error resolution genuinely reduces operational toil, and flat endpoint/flow pricing scales more predictably than per-task models once volumes get serious. For mid-market and enterprise ecommerce, finance and supply-chain teams, that combination is hard to replicate with a general-purpose automation tool.
Three things. Zero pricing transparency — you can't compare Celigo against alternatives without entering a sales cycle, which is a real cost in itself. It's overkill for small teams: if you want "new Shopify order → Slack message", Zapier or Make does it in five minutes at a published price, while Celigo expects an implementation project and someone who understands data mapping and error handling. And feature gating pushes you upward — API Builder, SSO, Lookup Cache and sandboxes sit behind Professional, and unlimited endpoints only arrive at Enterprise, so the things production teams actually need are precisely what the entry tier withholds.
Celigo is for mid-market and enterprise teams running NetSuite or multi-system ecommerce operations — finance, RevOps, supply chain and IT groups with real integration complexity and a budget for it. Take the 30-day trial to test a genuine flow, and go into the pricing conversation knowing the model is endpoints-and-flows so you can scope accordingly. Small teams and startups wanting simple app-to-app automation should stay with a published-price tool.
